      Bookings can be made online, via phone, or by visiting our service center.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Appointment slots are subject to availability and will be confirmed by us.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      You agree to provide accurate details of your vehicle and personal information.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Pricing & Payments<\/h2>\n

        Service charges will be communicated before commencement of work.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Prices may vary depending on the nature of service and spare parts required.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Payments must be made in full upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        We accept [cash \/ card \/ UPI \/ online transfer \u2013 update as applicable].<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. Spare Parts & Warranty<\/h2>\n

          We may use genuine, OEM, or equivalent spare parts based on availability and your choice.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Warranty (if any) on parts or services will be as per manufacturer or our company\u2019s warranty terms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Warranty is void in cases of misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized repairs elsewhere.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          5. Customer Responsibilities<\/h2>\n

            Ensure vehicle is in a safe condition before leaving it at our workshop.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Remove valuables and personal belongings \u2013 we are not liable for loss\/damage of such items.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Provide correct information about the vehicle\u2019s history, problems, and prior repairs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            6. Liability & Limitations<\/h2>\n

              We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              Our liability is limited to the cost of services performed or parts replaced.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              We are not responsible for delays caused by availability of parts, third-party vendors, or external factors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              7. Cancellation & Rescheduling<\/h2>\n

                Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least [24 hours] prior notice.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                8. Vehicle Delivery & Storage<\/h2>\n

                  Vehicles must be collected within [1 or 2 days] after service completion.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  Storage charges may apply for uncollected vehicles.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  We reserve the right to hold the vehicle until pending payments are cleared.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
