1. Definitions

  • “Company,” “we,” “our,” “us” refers to SPM Automative Services LLP.

  • “Customer,” “you,” “your” refers to any individual or entity using our services.

  • “Services” refers to automotive repair, maintenance, diagnostics, car wash, and related offerings provided by us.


2. Service Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made online, via phone, or by visiting our service center.

  • Appointment slots are subject to availability and will be confirmed by us.

  • You agree to provide accurate details of your vehicle and personal information.


3. Pricing & Payments

  • Service charges will be communicated before commencement of work.

  • Prices may vary depending on the nature of service and spare parts required.

  • Payments must be made in full upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept [cash / card / UPI / online transfer – update as applicable].


4. Spare Parts & Warranty

  • We may use genuine, OEM, or equivalent spare parts based on availability and your choice.

  • Warranty (if any) on parts or services will be as per manufacturer or our company’s warranty terms.

  • Warranty is void in cases of misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized repairs elsewhere.


5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure vehicle is in a safe condition before leaving it at our workshop.

  • Remove valuables and personal belongings – we are not liable for loss/damage of such items.

  • Provide correct information about the vehicle’s history, problems, and prior repairs.


6. Liability & Limitations

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of services performed or parts replaced.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by availability of parts, third-party vendors, or external factors.


7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least [24 hours] prior notice.

  • Cancellation charges may apply if service preparation has already begun.


8. Vehicle Delivery & Storage

  • Vehicles must be collected within [1 or 2 days] after service completion.

  • Storage charges may apply for uncollected vehicles.

  • We reserve the right to hold the vehicle until pending payments are cleared.


9. Online Services (if applicable)

  • Our website may allow online booking, payments, and communication.

  • By using the website, you agree not to misuse or attempt unauthorized access.

  • Any misuse may lead to denial of services and legal action.


10. Privacy Policy

Use of our services is also governed by our [Privacy Policy], which outlines how we collect and process your personal data.


11. Governing Law & Disputes
